huunr is a job platform that connects workers with employers in India. We provide:

  • Worker and employer profile creation
  • Identity verification services
  • Messaging between workers and employers

huunr acts as a platform to facilitate connections. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or employment service.

User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Types

  • Worker Accounts: For individuals seeking employment
  • Employer Accounts: For businesses or individuals hiring workers

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post illegal job opportunities or content
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Post spam or unsolicited commercial content

Job Listings

Employers posting jobs must ensure that:

  • Job descriptions are accurate and truthful
  • Compensation details are clearly stated
  • The job complies with all applicable labor laws
  • No fees are charged to workers for job applications

Verification

Our verification process is designed to increase trust on the platform. However:

  • Verification does not guarantee the accuracy of all user information
  • Users should exercise their own judgment when interacting with others
  • We are not liable for actions taken by verified users

Fees

Currently, huunr is free for workers. Employers may be subject to fees for premium features. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you incur them.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by huunr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The accuracy of any user-provided information
  • Employment outcomes or job placements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, huunr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
