Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Huunr membership. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at info@huunr.com with your registered email address and payment details. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Exceptions — Physical Goods
Your Huunr membership includes physical goods such as printed business cards, t-shirts, and other promotional materials. Refunds are not available if any of the following conditions apply:
- You have received your business cards, t-shirts, or any other physical goods included in your membership.
- Your physical goods are in production (printing, manufacturing, or packaging has begun).
- Your physical goods have been shipped or dispatched to your address.
- You have submitted your details (design, address, size, etc.) for production of any physical goods.
Physical goods included in membership (but not limited to): 1,000 printed business cards, branded t-shirt, stickers, and any other promotional or tangible items offered as part of current or future membership benefits.
3. After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Huunr's sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds after this period, but we will always try to find a fair resolution.
4. Membership Termination on Refund
Upon processing a full refund, your Huunr membership will be terminated immediately. This includes:
- Removal from all WhatsApp groups
- Deactivation of your business page and directory listing
- Loss of access to all member-only features and content
- Revocation of Founding Member badge (if applicable)
